1. Operator and scope

RainMet is operated by RAIMET HOLDING OÜ, Parna Puha kula, 94117 Estonia (“RainMet”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to the RainMet website and, when available, the RainMet iOS app. By using either, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. What RainMet provides

RainMet presents weather information and sport-specific condition scores for running, cycling and tennis. Scores, insights, best-time windows and forecasts are estimates based on available weather data and simplified rules. They are provided for general planning and information.

Images and figures on this website are illustrative previews using sample conditions. They are not live weather readings or a promise that every feature is currently available.

3. Use your judgment outdoors

Weather can change quickly, and local conditions may differ from a forecast. A high score does not mean an activity is safe or suitable for a particular person or place. Check current conditions, official weather warnings and the environment around you. Make your own decisions about your activity, health, equipment and route.

4. Availability and third-party services

We may update, interrupt or discontinue parts of RainMet. Weather and place results depend on third-party services, including Apple WeatherKit and MapKit, and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Use of the iOS app may also be subject to Apple’s applicable terms.

5. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use RainMet for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or copy and redistribute its design or content in ways that infringe our rights or the rights of others. RainMet’s name, visual design and original content belong to us or our licensors, subject to applicable law.

6. Disclaimer and liability

RainMet is provided with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee forecast accuracy, uninterrupted availability or that a sport score will fit your individual needs. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on an estimate, an interruption or circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
